Train community leaders, healthcare providers, and law enforcement officials on how to recognize and respond to cases of GBV involving PLHIV women.

Advocate for the enforcement of laws and policies that protect women from GBV and hold perpetrators accountable for their actions.

Advocacy Works

This program is about the advocacy activities for its PLHIV members to get comprehensive services and fight stigma and discrimination and fight GBV.

Mobilize PLHIV women and allies to engage in advocacy efforts to promote policies that uphold the rights and dignity of PLHIV women

Organize public campaigns, rallies, and advocacy events to raise awareness about the challenges faced by PLHIV women and call for positive change.

Establish partnerships with government agencies, civil society organizations, and key stakeholders to advocate for improved access to healthcare, social services, and legal protection for PLHIV women.

Train PLHIV women in advocacy skills, including public speaking, storytelling, policy analysis, and strategic planning, to effectively advocate for their rights and influence decision-makers.

It is essential to implement a monitoring and evaluation framework to track the progress and impact of the program over time. Regular assessments, feedback mechanisms, and data collection processes will help measure the success of the activities, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that the needs of PLHIV women are being met effectively. By implementing a comprehensive program that addresses the diverse needs of PLHIV women through capacity building, HIV health and treatment, awareness creation, SRHR promotion, GBV prevention, and advocacy works, we believe we can make a significant difference in the lives of our members and the community at large and contribute to the broader movement for social justice, equality, and empowerment.
